Minimum 3 years of experience in the RMG industry with sound knowledge of RMG compliance;
Defense background (Bangladesh Armed Forces – Retired), commissioned officer, or senior warrant officer preferred;
Excellent physical fitness;
Capability to lead a security team;
Training and adequate knowledge in firefighting, first aid, and evacuation;
Computer literacy with Bangla and English typing skills;
Team leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
Ability to work hard and manage pressure;
Open-minded approach to learning new skills and sharpening existing ones;
Result-oriented with a strong desire for success;
Self-starter & proactive;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor & supervise the overall management of security personnel in the company;
Develop & implement security policies & procedures;
Ensure proper checking of all types of vehicles;
Ensure adequate checking of employees at the time of entrance & exit;
Train new security guards and develop security awareness among all company security personnel;
Ensure that security personnel perform duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly;
Liaise with emergency services, police, ambulance, and fire services to resolve issues and maintain security and service;
Proactively ensure the protection of properties and assets of the company;
Create a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors;
Regularly monitor security posts and sensitive points of the factory, day & night;
Provide operational coverage as needed to support the security team;
Manage access control for visitors, staff, and deliveries;
Oversee CCTV monitoring and routine operations;
Collect, verify, record, and seal approved invoices for products taken out of the factory; seize unauthorized products and inform appropriate authorities;
Control entry to the site for vehicles and pedestrians;
Ensure emergency rules are followed according to the security function;
Monitor records and log books;
Maintain and update various registers (Goods in/out, duty roster, vehicle, visitor in/out, and others as per policy & law);
Have sound knowledge of labor law, factory social compliance, and health & safety-related issues;
Ensure all security personnel are properly ordered and perform duties correctly;
Respond to emergencies as needed;
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
