Responsibilities & Context

The role of a Sizing Manager is to oversee the sizing and fit processes of our product lines. Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.

• Ensure smooth execution of fabric production of the factory as per the buyers’ specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
• Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.
• Coordinate all department for smooth Fabric manufacturing.
• Closely monitor production get the best possible output along with give proper direction in the floor.
• Setup production line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
• Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.
• Always have to communicate with the production team and planning team and solve every production issue related to production and planning.
• Achieve maximum production by cost minimization.
• Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity
• Preparation of periodical production performance reports for sharing with departmental Head as well as top management.
