Responsibilities & Context

• Translate technical and training content from English to Bangla while ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and alignment with training objectives.

• Write and adapt scripts for courses in Bangla while maintaining the original message, style, and tone.
• Proofread and quality test course content for accuracy, clarity, and quality.
• Conduct market and competitor research to ensure the relevance of translated materials to the target audience.
• Work closely with content creators, trainers, and instructional designers to ensure that translations meet the educational goals of the course.
• Voiceover support for Bangla-translated content (optional but advantageous).
• Provide Quality Assurance (QA) support for training materials, ensuring content integrity and technical accuracy.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in translation tools, techniques, and educational technologies.
