Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Retail Store, Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

  • Sales & Marketing Acumen: Strong background in sales and marketing principles, with a history of creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns that successfully promote fabric products.
  • Costing and Pricing Expertise: Skilled in conducting thorough costing analyses and formulating competitive pricing strategies that ensure profitability while delivering value to customers.

  • Fabric Expertise and Quality Evaluation: Leverage your deep understanding of knit and woven fabric qualities to select and recommend the most suitable materials, ensuring they meet both customer specifications and industry standards.
