Job Circular: Deputy Manager/ Asst. Manager-Operations (Bike Industry)
Overview:
RFL, a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy in the bike industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation is seeking for a dedicated “Dy.Manager/ Asst. Manager-Operations” to oversee and optimize our bike operations division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain management, and a passion for the bike industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- manage day-to-day operations of the bike division, ensuring efficient production and delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements as needed.
2. Supply Chain Management:
- Manage the supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and parts.
- Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Monitor product quality and collaborate with other departments to address any issues.
4. Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of company-wide strategic plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
5. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety guidelines.
6. Production Oversight:
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including performance metrics, production schedules, and inventory levels.
