Responsibilities & Context

Delta LPG Limited is a concern of T. K. Group of Industries & Seacom Group. We are looking for a skilled and motivated production engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across the manufacturing floor. You will work closely with various departments to streamline production operations and meet output targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise operation and maintenance of automatic, semi-automatic, and manual cylinder plant machinery.

• Develop production plans and manage manpower allocation based on management demands.

• Create requisitions for mechanical instruments to ensure timely maintenance and prevent disruptions.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to the Plant Manager.

• Maintain ISO documentation and other necessary records for compliance and quality assurance.

• Handle manpower management, including reporting and documentation for both maintenance and operation.

• Ensure production efficiency, adhere to quality standards, and follow safety protocols.

• Work to reduce wastage and process loss to improve cost-efficiency.

• Coordinate with various teams to meet production targets and ensure quality standards are upheld according to company policies.

• Strive for personal and professional development and work on improving work processes and systems.

• Demonstrate knowledge of hand and power tools, equipment, PPE, and workplace safety standards.
