Responsibilities & Context

Position: Facebook Page Community Management (On-site)

Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service through Facebook page management
• Understand customer requirements and provide informative solutions by ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Receive customer orders and assign them to the concerned department.
• Regular customer follow up
• Report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
• Office spreadsheet management
• Following office guidelines and reporting
• Other tasks assigned by the management.

Probation Period: 6 Months

Working Days: 6 days in a week
