  • The applicants should have experience in the following software area(s): Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, InDesign, Avid Media Composer, Creative Suite, Audition, Lightworks or similar & update tools.
  • Proven experience in motion graphics design, video editing and animation, preferably in a creative/advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. Ability to work creatively within project constraints and deliver high-quality content.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of color grading, sound design, motion graphics, Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro audio processing tools and plugins, Audacity, OBS, Steelseries Sonar.
  • Proficient in using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Must have experience in television dramas, podcasts, documentaries, talk shows, promos, TVC/OVC, short video editing and animation work.
  • Channel Branding: Must have practical experience in various works including Doggy, Popup, L-Sape.
  • Experience in sound design, color grading. Ability to work with multi-track split audio & Talent for sound design.
  • Strong project management skills & Knowledge of aspect ratios.
  • Portfolio of previous video editing work, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling principles and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Good understanding and expertise of audio capture and screen-recording quality optimizations using tools like OBS, particularly noise removal, suppression and noise-gate settings, plus the post-processing noise removal and voice quality improvements in Premiere.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design and video production.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Collaborating with the team for creative video projects.
  • Must have knowledge about camera, shot, shot angle, lights.
  • Post-production skills using after effects and 3D/4D production.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Context:

Marketers 360 Degrees is an advertising agency. We have two other subsidiaries namely 360 Degree Studio and 360 Degree Cinema. Male & Female both candidates who like or love media, film, fashion, television or advertising industry and are interested in working in this sector are requested to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly editing television dramas, digital series, various talk shows, podcasts, TVC/OVC, promo, short videos.
  • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across video content.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos that align with project goals and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts, video strategies, and creative content that align with brand identity.
  • Apply advanced video editing techniques, including sound mixing, motion tracking, color correction, and integration of typography and visual effects.
  • Adapt motion graphics and video content for various platforms, ensuring optimal performance across devices and screen sizes.
  • Demonstrate an excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. Utilize creative skills to enhance project narratives and ensure engaging content delivery.
  • Manage the post-production process, including editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
  • Add sound effects, music, graphics, and other elements to enhance the video quality and impact.
  • Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Ensure that all video content is delivered on time and meets the highest standards of quality as per company brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with videographers, producers, directors, and other creative professionals to deliver the best possible results.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and production.
  • Manage and maintain video editing equipment and software, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
  • Meeting with the director to determine production vision.
  • Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
  • Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
  • Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
  • Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
  • Adjusts formats and file sizes as needed & Edits videos to targeted length and specifications.
  • Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.
  • Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team.
  • Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.
  • Maintain high visual standards, and a strong attention to detail, client, audience, story, and context.
  • Collaborate across teams across the organization to conceptualize daily, series, and franchise visual storytelling in video, broadcast, social and other contexts.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners (marketing, engineering, customer experience, and brand to name a few) to bring engage narratives to life through technical motion design projects.
  • Design engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, and web elements.
  • Television channel branding has to do different things. Eg: Popup, PP, Doggy, L-Sape.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in motion graphics and design to ensure the highest quality output.
  • Respond quickly to feedback and revisions, always striving for continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all services provided to the Client(s).
  • Any other assignment as per the decision of Management.

  • Festival Bonus: 2 (Festival bonus will be paid in a year at the rate of 50%. However, if the service age is completed for 1 year, this benefit will be available.
