Responsibilities & Context
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends within the agro-chemical sector.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Product Positioning:
- Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our products to differentiate them from competitors.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and market demands.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, seminars, and workshops to promote brand visibility.
Budget Management:
- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Track and report on brand performance metrics and ROI of marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
