Responsibilities & Context
- Develop Territory Plan addressing all key sales, marketing partner activities;
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and driving the distribution system;
- Managing the distributor in terms of both primary and secondary sales;
- Negotiate with distributors and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business;
- Analyze how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service;
- Identifies objections and removes barriers for customers;
- Looking for new business opportunities and attain those;
- Effective forecasting of periodic goals and design methods to achieve those goals;
- Monitoring competitor sales activities within your assigned territory.
