Key Responsibility
- Attendance and Leave management of Sales employees.
- Grievance Management of sales employees.
- Assist in managing Sales Warehouse and fixed asset.
- Arrange different sales meetings and ensure all logistics support.
- Review and verify different Sales related bills according to company policy.
- Sales Employee counseling to increase productivity.
- Manage deeds, official document, sales reports, detailed report on manpower cost.
- Conduct Exit Interview and provide necessary feedback.
