- Achieving Sales Target & Market share growth.
- Increase revenue & Market share through Dealer Sales network.
- Setup New dealer as per market potential.
- Lead, Monitor & Supervise Field sales team to achieve area wise target.
- Regular Market visit to check dealer & sales team activities.
- Supervise & Monitor market development activities of Dealer.
- Market Analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Reporting on field sales activities.
- Analyze Competitors field activities and report to management.
- Collecting Competitors sales information to compare own performance.
