Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (ASM/ DSM) in Sales and Marketing to assist in the advertising and selling of TMSS LPG products and to create competitive advantages for TMSS LPG Limited.
Job Description:
Planning, organizing, promoting and implementing various sales & marketing strategies.
Analyze market demand, ensure availability and visibility through sales & distribution.
Team management and capability improvement.
Relationship management with key customers.
Cross-functional coordination.
Maintain and increase standards of customer service.
Focus on the qualitative business matrix to ensure a sustainable business platform.
Analyze competitive business environment and ensure business opportunities.
Manage and maintain customers’ portfolios.
Monitor and report on competitors’ activities.
Developing sales and marketing strategies that ensure sales goals.
Develop a growth strategy through sales & marketing to ensure financial gain for the company.
Identify new business opportunities and threats to the company and take backup strategies.
Job Location: Primarily for the Dhaka market.

Salary review : Yearly.
Festival bonus: 3 times (yearly)
