Location: Rajshahi, Bangladesh (Night Shift: 8 PM – 5 AM)

About Us: Growup2x is a leading IT service company in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, specializing in digital marketing, web development, graphics design, SEO, and more. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to manage and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring high performance for our US clients and contributing to the growth of our client base. This is a full-time, onsite position for night shift hours. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage successful Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

• Conduct SEO audits, and implement strategies for crawling, indexing, schema, and error resolution.

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to improve search rankings.

• Communicate with US clients, addressing their queries and providing strategic insights.

• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Facebook Ads Manager to optimize campaigns and generate reports.

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and lead-generation activities.

• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that align marketing efforts with client acquisition goals.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing & SEO.

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and best practices, including schema, indexing, and crawling.

• Expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

• Proficient in using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other key marketing tools.

• Proven ability to acquire new clients through digital channels and marketing strategies.

• Excellent English communication skills to manage client interactions.

• Ability to analyze data, track performance, and implement data-driven improvements.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. 

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification.

• Certifications in SEO (e.g., SEMrush SEO Certification, Moz SEO Essentials).

• Relevant email marketing and CRM platform certifications.
