Position Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, HR, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our HR department and supporting our company’s growth strategy by implementing effective HR policies and practices. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a positive work environment that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals business goals.

  • Align HR initiatives with the company’s growth strategy to ensure optimal performance and employee engagement.

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide actionable insights.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent.

  • Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new em- ployees.

  • Develop and maintain talent management programs, including performance manage- ment, career development, and succession planning.

3. Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.

  • Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to enhance employee morale and productivity.

4. Training and Development :

  • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance em- ployee skills and performance.

  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organiza- tional needs.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

5. Compliance and Policy Management :

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Recruitment Efficiency: Time-to-fill positions, quality of hires, and employee retention rates.

  • Employee Engagement: Employee satisfaction scores, participation rates in engagement activities, and feedback from employee surveys.

  • Training Effectiveness: Training completion rates, employee performance improvements, and skill enhancement metrics.

  • Compliance: Audit results, policy adherence rates, and incident reports.

  • HR Metrics: Turnover rates, absenteeism rates, and HR service delivery efficiency.
