Legal and Compliance Management

Understand Legal Requirements: Stay updated on labor laws, immigration regulations, and work permit requirements in target countries.

Ensure Compliance: Develop processes to ensure recruitment practices comply with local laws and international standards.
Sourcing and Recruitment

Oversee Sourcing Channels: Utilize and manage various channels to attract international candidates, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.

Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with local recruitment agencies and industry contacts in target countries.
Candidate Management
