Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: One Direction Companies Limited is seeking a Purchase Officer for the Supply Chain Management department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in procurement, with a strong background in supply chain management, accounts or finance. This role requires expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and ensuring timely procurement of quality goods and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing and vendor negotiations.

• Ensure timely procurement of materials, goods and services.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Monitor market trends to secure competitive pricing.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective supply chain operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Any other tasks assigned by the Honorable Management authority and HOD.
