Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

A reputed knit composite company is looking for some dedicated & passionate individual for Textile & Garments planning.

Job Responsibilities:

Textile Planning:      

  • Make weekly & monthly fabric requirement as per shipment schedule.       

  • Arrange yarn booking & follow up to in-house yarn.       

  • Work with Merchandising Dept. to get Lab dip, Colon approvals, accessories and fabric approval to start bulk yarn purchase, bulk Knitting and Dyeing to meet finished fabric delivery as per TNA Plan.        

  • Know about the standard lead time of Knitting & dyeing in a knit composite factory.        

  • Know about Knitting and Dyeing Capacity.        

  • Make TNA to start fabric production (y/d, knitting, dyeing & AOP) as per cutting plan.        

  • Make batch plan to dyeing the required fabrics as per schedule.        

  • Make fabric delivery plan as per cutting plan.        

  • Co-ordinate with quality & merchandiser to deliver shade variation fabrics.       

  • Check & confirm all additional & excess fabrics requirement.        

  • Co-ordinate with cutting dept. to make sue cutting closing as per delivered fabric order.       

  • Distribute Finished Fabric TNA Plan to Yarn Procurement Team, Knitting and Dyeing Dept. to proceed knitting and Dyeing as per required Fabric TNA Plan.

  •  Attend all production meeting.       

  • Make proper balance status to make sure on time fabric delivery to cutting.

  • Make order closing status for every order.

Garments Planning:

  • Coordinate full planning activity of specific accounts with merchants.

  • Follow up the supply chain of fabric, accessories and other materials to ensure smooth production.

  • Production planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost.

  • Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.

  • Update production report on time for planning manager according to the current situation.

  • Chase the finishing team for on-time final goods arrangement and ship the goods.

  • Immediately notify the lagging behind activities to proper channel to rectify deviation promptly.

Skills & Expertise

Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)

Must be Skilled in MS office applications
