A Quality Auditor in the Central Quality Audit Department is responsible for ensuring that all production processes comply with established quality standards in the RMG factory. This role involves inspecting materials, evaluating finished garments, identifying defects, and ensuring adherence to quality control procedures. The auditor collaborates with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring issues. This position is crucial to maintaining the factory’s reputation for high-quality products, reducing waste, and ensuring customer satisfaction by ensuring consistent compliance with quality benchmarks throughout the manufacturing process.

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct inspection daily basis align with production as well as shipment plan.
• Conduct inspection based on general inspection level-II following AQL 1.5
• (If any customer follows AQL 1.5 then auditor will follow AQL 1.0).
• Collect packing list for inspection from concern department.
• Collect approved sample, style file, technical sheet, sample comments, test reports
• And others approval (e.g. print, EMB, wash) from concern department.
• Collect measurement & inspection guideline.
• Select carton as per standard rules (Cover all size all color).
• Check all carton information, assortment & accuracy as per approval.
• Select garments as per general inspection level-II (cover all size all color).
• Conduct inspection AQL 1.5 (If not specified).
• Check hangtag, price tag, poly, folding, main label, care label as per approval.
• Check production sample & shipping sample comments.
• Check critical & safety issues.
• Check measurement as per company guide line (Size wise 1 pc full, 2 pcs key measurement).
• Confirm fabric GSM, hand feel, shade, appearance.
• Check garments measurement & workmanship quality.
• Moisture check
• Segregate garments as per critical, major & minor defects.
• Make report & discuss with responsible person with inspection findings & results.
