Responsibilities & Context

The incumbent will have Social Media, Maintenance & YouTube Channel Editing expertise.

Digital Marketing on Real Estate & other products.
-
Knowledge & experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing & Social Business Platform.

Troubleshooting on Information Networking.

Develop and implement content marketing strategies, including blogs, articles, and social media content.

Optimize digital media buying strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and others.

Experience with Facebook ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or other data tracking tools is a plus.

Conduct audience research and analysis to create highly targeted Facebook ad campaigns.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.

Maintain relationships with media vendors and negotiate terms for ad placements.
