Should have strong communication skill in English and Bengali.
Should be proactive, innovative, energetic and interpersonal skills.
Must have skinless on AutoCAD, 3D models, MS Excel and knowledge on latest design apps.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
Must have sound knowledge on architectural design & drawing of building construction and its implementation and modification.
Coordination with engineering team for related design & support to execute the plan.
To estimate the related material requirement based on architectural & interior drawings.
To perform in any stage of architectural work including design development and working drawings using Auto CAD for interior and exterior of different projects;
Drafting the drawings as required;
Making 3D models using sketch up or max;
3D Rendering & animation knowledge of 3DsMax, Sketch Up, etc;
Estimates to determine the cost requirements of getting construction materials;
Adjusting designs and plans to meet the company’s requirements.
Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
Should have the knowledge of local market of engineering materials.
Periodic site visit to collect information, taking photograph, providing as spot decision as required;
Any other task as assigned by the management;
