Job Description:

TST White House Ltd. is looking for a driven young entrepreneur (male or female) to spearhead our new Bakery business, aiming to create a chain of premium bakeries across the country. The candidate will manage all aspects of the bakery business, including product development, operations, and business growth. This is a full-scale business with the potential to become a household name in premium baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the business from initial feasibility studies to a nationwide chain of bakeries.
• Oversee product development, including high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and more.
• Ensure operational excellence, including managing the supply chain, staffing, and customer service.
• Build a strong brand identity and drive business growth through innovative marketing and customer engagement.
• Continuously improve and innovate product offerings to meet market demands.
