**Job Opportunity: International Freight Forwarding Specialist – Air & Ocean Export/Import**
We are a global leader in air transportation, freight forwarding, and international trade, and we are expanding! We’re seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Dhaka, focused on managing and growing our international freight forwarding operations, specifically in air and ocean export/import documentation, operations, and agency networking.
**Position: International Freight Forwarding Specialist**
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee all aspects of air and ocean export/import documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
– Manage day-to-day freight operations, coordinating with carriers, customs, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth transit of goods.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with our agency network, working collaboratively to expand our service offerings and business reach.
– Drive business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and build strategic partnerships within the freight forwarding sector.
– Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in international freight forwarding, with a strong background in air and ocean export/import documentation and operations,especially in terms of garment industry.
– Extensive knowledge of agency networking and business development within the logistics sector.
– Fluency in English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
– Age between 25-45; international candidates are also welcome to apply.
