Additional Requirements

Proficient in Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, Internet Browse & Search, PowerPoint Presentation.
Basic knowledge of Website design services, Domain & Hosting, Graphic design services, etc.
Good analytical ability and problem-solving skill is a must.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook posts, Instagram, TikTok, etc..)
Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills.
Passionate to deal with Individual & Corporate clients.

Generate sales in different IT solutions like Web Design, Web Development, eCommerce Website Development, Software Development, Digital Advertising, Domain Hosting, Servers, SaaS onboarding, and various IT-related products and services.
Sales planning and target-based sales achievement.
Communicate with Clients over the phone.
Deal with Individual client’s initial query.
Arrange Clients Appointment.
Follow up with clients through phone calls, e-mail, and physical visits to generate sales.
Process and close the full sales procedures.
Create Corporate & Individual Leads.
Research on several projects.
Weekly sales/ activity report to reporting boss.
Search productive companies/institutes/ clients and communicate with them professionally.
Visit physically to different companies/institutes/ clients on daily basis to search for potential customers.
Handle customer complaints over calls and customer needs & deliver the proper solution.
Perform any tasks assigned by the management as per company requirements.
