• Age 35 to 45 years

• Experience Requirements:

• At least 10 years work experience in leading field projects.

• Additional Requirements:

• Have to be physically sound, energetic and fluent both in English & Bangla.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Ability to train and mentor other team members.

• Computer literacy (Microsoft office)

Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) is inviting applications from skilled, proactive and interested individuals for a position of “Senior Manager – Climate Friendly Agriculture”.

Job Location: Dhaka (Required to visit the project area frequently)

Job Responsibilities:

• To understand the project and make action plans for implementations.

• Supervise & coordinate the project staffs.

• Communicate with all parties involved in the project.

• Inspecting projects at field level.
