Candidates having minimum 7 years ( 2 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing HR, Admin & Compline related issues of export oriented Readymade Knit Composite Garments Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply.
Should have proven leadership and communication skills
Should be self-motivated, sincere, dynamic and result oriented
Should be fluent in English & Bangla correspondences both in written & oral forms
Should be well conversant with computer applications.

A reputed large Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for potential candidates for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager (HR, Admin & Compliance).

Job location for the position is Gazipur, at Factory Office.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing HR, Admin & Compliance related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.

Manpower Planning
Recruitment & Selection
Automated Payroll Management
Performance Management
Training & Development
Management of Disciplinary & Grievance related issues
Security & Safety Management
Compliance Management of the Factory
Buyers Compliance Audit Management
Housekeeping Management
