Responsibilities & Context

• Expert in all IT support and troubleshooting activities related to Servers, Structured Networking & VPN, and Internet Connectivity.

• Router’s, Wi-Fi Devices, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Firewall installation, Network printers.

• IP Based Video Surveillance, Access Control Devices & Attendance-Payroll System.

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, Server System, operating systems, and applications.

• Managing and maintaining MikroTiK router, load balancing and bandwidth control.

• Maintaining and Monitoring, Troubleshooting Windows Active Directory System (Windows 2003 Server), Supporting SQL server and Anti-Virus Application.

• Providing Support to Corporate Computer users and Smartphone users (IOS & Android) and any other handheld devices.

• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources.

• Reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as data backups.
