Overall, the role of a Planning (Sr. Executive/Executive) in the garments factory is pivotal in managing the Quality process, ensuring standards, optimizing resources, and driving operational excellence to meet customer demands and business objectives

We are seeking a compatible Planning (Sr. Executive/Executive) who will work as a Leader of Strategic Business Unit (SBU) for our Garment factory at Ratanpur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria.

Able to planning of a production unit as a planning head/ Planning Head Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
Capable of planning lead from order to shipment.
Make TNA from order receive to shipment through ERP
Must be reconciliation every order in ERP
100% ensure & Achieve Capacity minute through proper Planning
Follow up operation as per TNA with merchandising team and fabric manufacturing team
Capable to handle buying house’s Supply Chain/ planning team.
Must have proper knowledge on JIT, Pull System, Kanban and other’s lean manufacturing tools (Planning related)
Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising & Production department
for order planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
Use different problem-solving technique to solve supply chain and production related problem.
