Job Circular: Senior Manager/Head of Production(Fan Industry)

Overview:

RFL, a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy in the Fan industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation is seeking for a dedicated “Senior Manager/ Head of Production-Fan” to oversee and optimize our Fan Production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain management, and a passion for the Fan industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

• Oversee daily Production to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

• Manage day-to-day Production of the Fan production, ensuring efficient production and delivery of high-quality products.

• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements as needed.

• Achieving production demad.

• Inporcess Rejection control

• Maintaining 5S in the floor.

• Ensure monthly local materials requisition

• Completing monthly inventory.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.

• Monitor product quality and collaborate with other departments to address any issues.

3. Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development of company-wide strategic plans and initiatives.

• Collaborate with senior management to align production goals with overall business objectives.

5. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety guidelines.

6. Production Oversight:

• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, including performance metrics, production schedules, and inventory levels.
