Additional Requirements

Two years of experience in a similar field or diverse experience across retail underwriting and retail lending product management is preferred
Expertise in knowledge of banking fundamentals, products and processes, compliance, and fraud prevention
Strong analytical skills for analyzing Retail Loan proposals as per bank’s policy
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command over exceeding stakeholders’ expectations
Strong and demonstrated knowledge of MS Office
Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines

Assess and review all types of Credit Card and Salary Loan proposals as per Bank’s lending guidelines and regulations
Assesses the client’s requirement and repayment capacity using key financial indicators
Identify, calculate, and mitigate possible risk factors
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements throughout the assessment process
Approve Credit Cards and Retail Loans as per delegation of authority
Ensure standard Turnaround Time (TAT) of file processing
Review existing PPG and Policy, recommend changes subject to market variables and regulatory requirement
Recommend, execute and assist other stakeholders in process improvement
Assist on specific projects or tasks assigned by management
Monitor and review portfolio trend, overdue analysis and share the findings
Attend and conduct meetings as per requirement
