Responsibilities & Context

Context:

The Position will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing strategies to position the brand effectively, drive consumer engagement, and achieve business goals. This includes analyzing consumer insights, executing Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), and Through the Line (TTL) activities, as well as working cross-functionally to ensure cohesive brand positioning across all channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze brand positioning and gather consumer insights to develop effective brand strategies.

  • Planned and oversaw the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure all targets were met and aligned with long-term brand objectives.

  • Contribute to developing long-term brand strategy and implement short- to medium-term goals to support these objectives.

  • Develop and execute ATL, BTL, and TTL activities, ensuring all campaigns align with the brand’s identity and deliver the intended value proposition.

  • Coordinate with advertising and research agencies, and consultants to create impactful brand initiatives.

  • Provide a monthly Competitors Landscape Report (CLR) to management, analyzing market and competitor activities and trends to inform brand strategy.

  • Carry out market research to stay updated with customer trends and predict future shifts.

  • Lead product development efforts and create detailed launch plans for the brand.

  • Planned and managed the execution of product launches and coordinated with internal teams to deliver on brand promises effectively.

  • Organize and implement consumer and trade promotional activities, ensuring brand messaging is consistent across consumer touchpoints.

  • Develop creative concepts for brand activations to engage target audiences and maintain relevance.

  • Strengthen brand presence through digital marketing and social networking platforms.

  • Leverage digital channels to enhance advertising efforts, with a deep understanding of social media platforms for effective brand engagement.

  • Develop annual plans and budgets for the brand, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Track spending against budgets and measure the success of campaigns to assess ROI and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and activities.

  • Prepare detailed reports post-campaign execution, analyzing outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, retailers, and dealers.

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across media, PR activities, and point-of-sale (POS) locations.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, new marketing technologies, and innovative strategies to keep the brand competitive.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for brand growth based on industry trends and consumer behavior shifts.

  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the line manager to support the brand’s overall objectives.
