Additional Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in the food industry.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and FSSC standards.
- Familiar with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee maintenance and repair of factory equipment, focusing on machinery.
- Execute/implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Supervise daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of factory machinery.
- Ensure the maintenance of all factory machinery
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare monthly reports on maintenance activities KPI update and equipment performance.
- Update ISO documentation and maintain compliance with ISO, GMP, and FSSC standards.
- Conduct mechanical services for generators and air compressors
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and service meat processing machinery.
- Utilize knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Perform tasks as instructed by supervisors
