- Sound knowledge on FTTX, LAN, WAN, Access Point, Wireless Networking
- Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv6, OS, firewall
- Should have strong networking knowledge
- Training on MTCNA and in-depth hands-on experience on Mikrotik devices will get preference
- Good communication skill and teamwork
- Able to work in roster schedule including night shift
- Must working experience in ISP/IIG
Responsibilities & Context
Stardust Telecom Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Engineer – NMC & Tech Support for MiME – ISP operations.

Routing and Switching Configuration with Core/Access Network.IP, Core, Backbone managing and configuring.
Taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution by phone and email.
Advance knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, RSTP, MSTP.
Configuring and installing various network devices and services.
Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability.
Incoming/Outgoing Call handling for Reseller customer as well as trouble ticket maintaining.
Communicate with Upstream provider and liable vendor to ensure services availability.
Raise trouble tickets to vendors and following up.
Network Documentation maintain with sincerely.
Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly network performance report.
DDOS Notification closely Monitoring and take initiative step.
Ability of Clients Internal Network Device configuration such as OLT, Switch, Router with different vendor.
