Additional Requirements

Communication skill in Bangla and English both written and oral is necessary.
Must have knowledge in MS Office specially in Word , Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills .
Ability to work self-motivate in a commission-based role.
Must be well groomed, smart and dynamic.
Ability to work under pressure & frequently visit.
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and talent acquisition/recruitment.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in career development within the talent acquisition sector.

Sourcing potential clients through market research & client visit daily basis to inside & outside Dhaka city.
Develop and maintain relationships with various organizations e.g. Manufacturing Industries, Corporate & Multinational organizations for Sales & marketing .
Support the management in organizing and attending sales meetings with clients.
Support the team to prepare Interview schedule and represent the candidate to the clients.
Prepare material for sales presentation.
Time to time reporting to the management.
Responsible for social media communication .
