Responsibilities & Context
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned B2B clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Understand clients’ business goals and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and exceed client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, supply chain, Logistic to deliver integrated solutions and meet client needs.
Prepare and present account performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for clients.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the overall company sales objectives.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to effectively position our offerings and provide consultative advice to clients.
