Prioritizing the most important issues of market expansion like creative mind set, value proposition, conscientiousness & marketing intelligence, some dynamic personnel are needed who will lift our cement one step ahead with their diagnostic, analytical & competitive knowledge. This position deserves someone who is capable of meeting the sales target as well as having the capacity to monitor a team for handling the whole District.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities of the sales team for assigned areas and ensure alignment with the business objectives. Communicate and develop strong network with Dealers and retailers of cement for maintaining the long-term business relationship.
  • Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors’ sales volume, campaigns, market share, etc. and assist the section head regarding the market policy.
  • Determine market requirements for existing and future products by conducting market research on a regular basis.
  • Achieve pre-determined sales targets to contribute in business revenue.
  • Identify new clients by introducing business and its facilities proactively in order to maximize revenue for the organization. Conduct regular visits to outlets in the assigned area to ensure service levels are provided in accordance with the organzation’s standards.
  • Prepare day to day sales report and collection report and submit to immediate supervisor
