Experience in publishing articles in platforms such as peer-reviewed journals, newspapers, or blogs in English is essential. Candidates must provide published writing samples in English during the interview.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suit and data analysis software including Power BI, SPSS, Stata, and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Knowledge of program management and reporting requirements.
Knowledge on MEAL framework
Understanding of sector-specific issues (e.g., health, education, economic development).

Data Collection and Management:

• Assist in designing and implementing data collection tools and methodologies.

• Conduct field visits to gather qualitative data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Support the MRM team lead in developing monitoring plans and frameworks.

• Prepare regular reports on program performance, challenges, and outcomes.

• Analyze monitoring data to provide insights for program improvement.

Capacity Building:

• Assist in training program staff on MRM processes and tools.

• Develop and disseminate learning materials related to MRM practices.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with program teams to ensure alignment of MRM activities with program objectives.

• Engage with external stakeholders, including partners and donors, as needed.
