Responsibilities & Context
The HVAC Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving HVAC product sales through direct client engagement, identifying new sales opportunities, and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales & Client Acquisition:
-
Identify, approach, and secure new clients for Walton’s HVAC products by conducting site visits, meetings, and cold calls.

Travel within the assigned territory to visit potential clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
-
Serve as a primary contact for customers and act as a liaison between clients and the technical support team when needed.
Product Presentation & Education:
-
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Walton’s HVAC products, features, and installation requirements.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate Walton’s HVAC value propositions.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
-
Keep informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the HVAC market.

Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, market needs, and competitor positioning.
Reporting & Documentation:
-
Document all sales activities, including client interactions, follow-ups, and status updates, in the Company’s online system.

Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
