Responsibilities & Context

Location: Ghorashal Factory Site

Job Summary:

The Blowing & Injection Molding Engineer designs, optimizes, and oversees Blowing and injection molding processes for plastic can production, ensuring high-quality output through equipment maintenance and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Design & Documentation:

• Develop efficient molding processes and maintain SOPs.
• Choose materials, molds, and equipment for varied production needs.

Equipment Maintenance & Optimization:

• Install, troubleshoot, and optimize injection molding machinery.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality controls; inspect for defects and ensure compliance.
• Work with QA to address issues and improve product quality.

Production Management & Improvement:

• Analyze production metrics to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train staff on injection molding techniques and industry best practices.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce safety standards and perform risk assessments to ensure compliance.
