Responsibilities & Context

• প্রার্থীকে ফোনালাপে পারদর্শী এবং আন্তরিক, স্বদালাপি, সাহসী, সু-বাচনভঙ্গি, স্বাধীনমনা হতে হবে।

• ক্লাইন্টদের ফোনে আমাদের সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানানো।

• ক্লাইন্টদের সামনা সামনি আমাদের সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করা।

• ফাইল প্রসেস করা (ট্রেইনিং প্রদান করা হবে)।

• সরাসরি কাস্টমারদের সাথে কথা বলতে হবে এবং কাস্টমারকে কনভেন্স করতে হবে।

• অফিসে যথা সময়ে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।

• কম্পিউটার অপারেট করা জানতে হবে অথবা জানা থাকলে ভালো।
