What You’ll Do:

Meta Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Google Ads Management: Develop and monitor Google Ads campaigns, using targeting and bidding strategies to achieve the best ROI.
Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring efficient resource use and maximum ROI.
Basic SEO: Apply SEO best practices to improve organic visibility, website ranking, and user engagement through on-page optimization and keyword research.
Content Strategy & Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop content strategies and manage digital media content, aligning with Softexel’s brand image and marketing goals.
Google Analytics & Performance Reporting: Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest data-driven improvements.
Digital Trend Analysis: Stay current on digital marketing trends, especially in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, to ensure Softexel remains competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in Meta Ads campaign management (be prepared to share examples).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
Familiarity with SEO basics and a track record of implementing effective SEO strategies.
Analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
