Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

The Personal Stylist will be responsible for providing high-quality personal styling, wardrobe management, and image consulting services to the Chairman’s Madam. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for fashion, excellent knowledge of current trends, and the ability to customize styling to meet individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Styling and Consultation

• • Provide daily styling guidance, including outfit selection, accessory coordination, and overall look creation for various occasions (business meetings, events, casual outings).
  • Conduct regular wardrobe assessments and suggest new styles or pieces in alignment with the Chairman Madam’s taste, lifestyle, and personal brand.

Wardrobe Management

• • Maintain an organized wardrobe, ensuring that garments and accessories are in optimal condition and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate the storage, maintenance, and organization of seasonal wardrobes, including scheduling dry-cleaning, alterations, and repairs as needed.
  • Track and manage clothing inventory, ensuring items are readily available and properly arranged.

Shopping and Sourcing

• • Conduct research on trending styles, designers, and collections that match the Chairman Madam’s aesthetic.
  • Source and shop for clothing, accessories, and footwear from high-end boutiques, designers, or online platforms.
  • Liaise with designers, boutiques, and stylists to acquire unique or customized pieces as requested.

Travel Styling Preparation

• • Curate and pack outfits tailored to planned trips and travel destinations, ensuring all necessary items are packed in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with travel agents and other assistants to ensure that wardrobe logistics align with travel schedules.

Event-Specific Styling

• • Provide styling consultation and full look preparation for special events, including red-carpet occasions, corporate gatherings, and personal events.
  • Coordinate with makeup artists, hair stylists, and other professionals to achieve a cohesive and polished look.

Fashion Research & Trend Analysis

• • Stay updated on current fashion trends, seasonal colors, and new designers, adapting the Chairman Madam’s wardrobe to include appropriate trends.
  • Provide regular updates on potential style adjustments or wardrobe investments to enhance the Chairman Madam’s personal style.
