Skills & Qualifications:

Core Technical Skills:

3 to 5 years’ experience as a developer with both Frontend and Backend technologies.
Proficiency in C#.NET, with a strong understanding of backend development and API integration.
Familiarity with RESTful services, web services, and database interactions.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Exposure to modern cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience with microservices-based architectures and knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, middleware, and caching solutions such as Varnish.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies (ReactJS preferred) and backend frameworks (Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or .NET Core).

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.

Responsibilities & Context

Role Overview: We are looking for a talented, driven Mid-Level Developer to contribute to our interim solution development with .NET and support the evolution of our core technology ecosystem. You will play a key role in building scalable, reliable, and robust systems to enable a microservices-based architecture leveraging modern technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Maintain Solutions:

Initially, design, develop, and maintain an interim solution using C#.NET.
Build, test, and optimize software applications with a focus on quality and performance.

2. Collaborate in System Development:

Act as a core member of the IT ecosystem development team, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Support product and infrastructure teams in transitioning from a monolithic to a microservices architecture.

3. Future Development (Microservices-Based Architecture):

Contribute to the development of a robust, scalable microservices architecture with technologies including Redis, RabbitMQ, middleware solutions, and Varnish.
Work with container orchestration, cloud infrastructure, and other cutting-edge technologies for seamless deployment and scalability.

4. API & Frontend Development:

Develop APIs using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or .NET Core.
Assist with the frontend development using ReactJS, ensuring smooth and responsive user interfaces.
