• Strong understanding of project management principles, including critical path method (CPM), earned value management (EVM), and risk analysis.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 for various phases of the project including design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.

• Establishing Work Breakdown structure (WBS) & detailed schedules using CPM.

• Establishing and monitoring project progress based on key milestones and performance indicators (KPIs).

• Analyzing, evaluating and forecasting project progress against an established baseline schedule. Assessing and notifying the impact of any changes and schedule slippages.

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, including activities, milestones, and timelines.

• Regularly update the project schedule to reflect the current status of activities and Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and identify delays or deviations.

• Collaborate with various departments, including construction, procurement, and engineering, to gather progress updates.

• Identify critical activities and work with project teams to mitigate potential delays.

• Prepare reports and presentations highlighting critical path activities and schedule variances.

• Incorporate resource allocation and manpower planning into the schedule and Monitor resource availability and usage to ensure alignment with the project schedule.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.

• Track changes against the baseline and provide impact analysis for time extensions or scope changes.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are aligned with work activities and resource allocation.

• Perform critical path analysis and provide detailed reports on schedule impacts, risks, and opportunities.

• Analyze resource loading and ensure resource allocation meets the project requirements.

• Prepare and present schedule performance reports to the project leadership team, highlighting key issues and areas of concern.
