Education
Completion of the Higher Secondary Education with post-secondary training/certificate in electronic data processing, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

Additional Requirements
Minimum 3 years of previous job experience relevant to the function.
Proven experience in data management, collection, and software development is an asset, along with proficiency in relevant software such as ArcGIS, SPSS, R Studio, SQL Server, KOBO, Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) is an asset. Knowledge in PRIMES applications is a plus. Experience with web development languages, including HTML, PHP, ASP, and Java, is as asset. Ability to formulate technical data requirements and develop technical standard operating procedures and user guides.
