Responsibilities & Context

We are a reputed legal firm seeking an IT support individual to join our team and manage our IT support needs. As an entry level IT Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for our IT assistance within our firm. You will have to work 5 days (Saturday to Wednesday) every week from 4PM to 9PM. Your key responsibilities will be to :

• provide technical support for software and hardware issues.

• set up and manage computers, printers and office devices.

• assist with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.

• support cyber security and data protection.

• scan and preserve our legal documents

• maintain system backups

• developing our firm’s website

• keep our social IDs up-to-date

• type various documents in case of urgency
