Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Higher Secondary

• Medicine Sales Executive: Minimum HSC or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in a retail pharmacy, sales, or customer service role (experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, inventory software).

Experience

• 3 to 6 years
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and health-related items to customers in a professional manner.
• Assist customers by providing accurate product information and recommendations based on their needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings.
• Manage daily sales activities, including cash handling, receipt issuing, and maintaining a balanced register.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and coordinate restocking to ensure product availability.
• Achieve sales targets set by management and report daily sales performance.
