The incumbent must be a strategic thinker and demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills for efficient and effective relationship management with relevant stakeholders, including agencies and distribution partners.

A leading multinational company is actively searching for an accomplished professional to step into the role of ‘Trade Systems Manager’.
The position requires the incumbent to play a pivotal role in the development and coordination of trade systems, focusing on the expansion and optimization of a larger market base, from facilitating overall operations to crafting and implementing strategies for future resilience. The individual must lead trade projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, and drive fact-based decision-making through in-depth systems and analytics expertise. The incumbent needs to be inquisitive to understand multi-market dynamics, key account demands, and emerging trends in FMCG sectors, to forecast evolving needs and develop comprehensive short-term and long-term plans for trade systems.
