Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: DHAKATHAI ALCOMAXX PLC started in 1997, and over the years progressed to become the largest single producer of aluminium products in Bangladesh. Our excellence in providing our customers an outstanding list of quality product manufactured by State of the art with Italian technology automatic anodizing plant, supervised and tested under foreign experts. Our strength is our dedicated workforce with diversified skills and knowledge. We are currently looking for experienced individual for the position of QC Manager/QC Incharge who will effectively and efficiently identify defects and imperfections of the products develop and implement effective quality control processes to meet our customer needs. Who will formulate, designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance of the QC staffs for improving the productivity. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Test and approve of materials and lead the quality team.

• Overseeing quality testing, identifying gaps, and conducting regular inspections of production sites.

• Ensure quality assurance culture in the factory.

• Monitor daily activity of the team to ensure quality production.

• Review daily quality reports and confirm ISO 9001:2015 standard.

• Train quality team periodically to improve team performance.

• Conduct periodical coordination meeting with related departments.

• Conduct regular RCA (root cause analysis) for quality failure and advice concerns.

• Ensure all product gone through quality tests process.

• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
