Additional Requirements
- Age 38 to 50 years
- At least 05 years practical experience as GM/DGM-Sales or 10 years‘ experience at senior level in related field.·
- Have experience in Sales and have the ability to manage all sales staffs and train them.·
- Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection credit and new product entry.·
- Experienced at the senior level in a well-known company’s sales and marketing departments.
- Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point (to make presentations) and be capable to use Company ERP software.·
- Must have knowledge about digital marketing and sales.·
- In case of well-experienced applicant; Educational qualification & age limit may be relaxed.·
- Vast knowledge about imported Furniture, Window Blinds and trading/fmcg will get preferences.·
- Should be able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies, Furniture Company, Window Blinds Company or any other multinational/ reputed company.
Responsibilities & Context

Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing business segments.

Achieve sales target short periodic, Monthly, Quarterly, half-yearly and annual target set by the management.·

Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various channels and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue & sales.·

Organize promotional activities and take initiatives for attracting customers.·

Be pro-active in putting suggestion and actions to achieve the department’s targets.·

Establish guideline to develop effective Sales strategy and ensure extraordinary customer experience.·

Manage and Monitor daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.·

Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly.·

Execute the sales strategy to ensure realizing Organization’s Vision.·

Identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
